About us

Jose Muñoz holds a degree in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has consolidated experience in financial advisory and M&A processes.

He began his career at Upbizor and Lánzame Capital, where he built a solid foundation in financial analysis and Venture Capital investments.

In 2021, he joined Deloitte’s Transaction Services team, taking part in numerous M&A transactions across different industries, with a particular focus on technology companies and Tech-related assets.

His experience includes due diligence processes, valuation work, and strategic support in complex transactions, bringing rigor, clarity, and sound financial judgement to every project.
